Duluth Transit Authority Request for Bids Bus Route Signs The Duluth Transit Authority hereby requests sealed bids to fabricate and deliver up to 2,640 bus route signs to the DTA Operations Center located at 2402 West Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
