Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, superintendence, tools, equipment, traffic control, project safety, and other ancillary items necessary as identified to complete the improvements noted on the Construction Plans including but not limited to; ditch grading, culvert replacement, and tree removal. The project includes provisions for temporary erosion and sediment control features including, but not limited to; silt fence, tree protection, inlet protection, construction entrance, and temporary and permanent seeding. Contractor is responsible for providing a new construction entrance from South Court Street to remain in place after Project Completion.
