| Description | A. The Work consists of replacement, repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility. This includes, but is not limited to: 1. Removal of built-up roofing including roofing material, insulation and poured gypsum deck. 2. Installation of built-up roofing, insulation, and steel deck. 3. Structural reinforcing of buildings. 4. Removal and replacement of doors and windows. 5. Criteria requires all Exterior materials to be qualified to High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) as described in the 2017 Florida Building Code. 6. Other trim and miscellaneous items to complete the work. B. Locations: 1. Gainer Pump Station (GPS), 7408 Bay Crest Road, Southport, FL 32409. 2.
