Description

Project will improve the riding surface of CR 28 (S. Glens Falls - Fort Edward Road) from CR 27 (Bluebird Road) south to its intersection with SR 197, Reynolds Road The project includes spot reconstruction, isolated milling, true and leveling placement, and crack sealing. Once the preservation treatments have been performed, a single course overlay will be placed. New centerline and edge line striping will be performed upon completion of the finished paving.
