Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas, CA 92024. The work to be completed involves traffic control, utility coordination, site preparation, shoring and excavation behind the northeast bridge abutment, geofabric installation, backfill, metal beam guard rail upgrades, and site reconstruction. The Contractor shall complete the proposed work in its entirety. Should any detail or details be omitted from the Contract Documents which are essential to its functional completeness, then it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish and install such detail or request such details from the City Engineer so that upon completion of the proposed work, the work will be acceptable and ready for use.
