Project Location: I-80; Variable Speed Limit Improvements The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): One 2-Inch Conduit Traffic Control Polymer Concrete Junction Box, Tier 22, Type I The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required.
