Description

The initial contract term shall be January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. The City may elect to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms under the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure of the original agreement. Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, etc. necessary to remove approximately 18,500 square yards of asphalt roadways. Mill HMA Pavement at a nominal depth of two (2) inches or as specified by the Engineer.
