Description 1. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and HDPE Culvert Ends shall conform to Article M.08.01.25 "Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe" of Form 816 and shall be smooth interior surface without perforations. 2. Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) shall conform to Article M.08.01.06 "Reinforced Concrete Pipe" of Form 816. 3. Reinforced Concrete Culvert Ends shall conform to Article M.08.01.22 "Reinforced Concrete Culvert Ends" of Form 816. 4. Precast concrete catch basin components shall conform to Article M.08.02.04 "Precast Units for Drainage Structures" of Form 816. 5. Masonry concrete units shall conform to Article M.08.02.03 "Masonry Concrete Units for Catch Basins, Manholes or Drop Inlets" of Form 816. 6. Concrete block shall conform to Article M.08.02.02 "Concrete Building Brick for Catch Basins, Manholes or Drop Inlets" of Form 816. 7. Clay bricks shall conform to Article M.08.02.01 "Brick for Catch Basins, Manholes or Drop Inlets" of Form 816. 8. Manhole frames and covers shall be galvanized steel Type "A" conforming to Article M.08.02 of Form 816.
