The Paving and Appurtenances for Parallel Parking to Serve Teralyn Woods Park in the Woodlands Hills

For Construction of the Paving and Appurtenancs for Parallel Parking to Serve Teralyn Woods Park in the Woodlands Hills, Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 128A for HF Holding Company, LLC or its assigns Proposals tendered after closing will be returned unopened. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, drawn to the order of HF Holding Company, LLC (Owner) in the minimum amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract, within Ten (10) days after receipt of contract documents. Bids without check or bidders bond will not be considered. Plans and specifications will be available for review at the offices of LJA Engineering, Inc., Associated General Contractors of Texas, Construct Connect, and Amtek Information Service, Inc. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Owner may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
