| Description | 700 Ton Bituminous Cold Patch (F.O.B. Plant) 400 Ton Bituminous Hot Patch (F.O.B. Plant). All Bituminous Hot and Cold Patch material shall be weighed at the plant on truck scales, approved by the Engineer, that are long enough to weigh all axles at the same time. Any costs incurred due to furnishing approved scales and weighing the material will not be paid for separately but shall be considered in the unit price bid per ton for Bituminous Cold Patch and Bituminous Hot Patch. The final laying and shaping of Bituminous Hot and Cold Patch materials will be completed by the road district and paid for with other road district funds. |
