Holley Sidewalk Reconstruction and Waterline Improvements

Project includes construction of new concrete sidewalks, crosswalk striping, and ADA compliant curb ramps, along with new replacement water mains along various streets within the Village of Holley.The approximate limits of the "Work" of the proposed project starts on South Main Street (Route 237) at the Village of Holley water tower and ends on North Main Street near the High School. Sidewalks will be replaced along both sides of Main Street, both sides of Geddes Street, both sides of Perry Street, both sides of Morgan Street, and the west side of East Avenue. A total of approximately 5,800 lineal feet of new 8-inch and 12-inch diameter waterlines, water service transfers, and appurtenances will be installed to replace existing waterlines along the following roads: along the westerly side of South Main Street from the water tower to Batavia Street; South Main Street from Jackson Street to West Albion Street; water service transfers only along North Main Street from West Albion Street to the high school; and the northerly side of Geddes Street from Van Buren Street to Public Square (Route 31 along with connections to existing waterlines at ends and side streets. Alternate I includes the waterline work along the westerly side of Park Place from East Albion Street to Perry Street. Alternate 2 includes the waterline work along the southerly and westerly sides of East Union Street from North Main Street to Perry Street. Alternate 3 includes sidewalk replacement on both sides of Park Place. Alternate 4 includes sidewalk replacement along both sides of East Union Street. Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 9%
