Description | Construction budget: $676,000, Contract Term: 120 calendar days. The Project consists of: Construction of 5 wide concrete sidewalk and subsurface drainage; including clearing and grubbing, removal of existing driveways and replacement of driveways, asphalt sidewalk and asphalt sidewalk railroad crossing (crossing to be completed by Railroad), erosion control, fence construction, fire hydrant relocation, waterline offset, traffic control, site work and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the bid form, or reasonable implied. Construction budget: $676,000, Contract Term: 120 calendar days. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Richard C. Lambert Consultants, LLC. , 900 W Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471; (985) 727-4440; Frank Zemmer, P.E.; fzemmer@rclconsultants.com. Prospective Bidders shall obtain Bidding Documents from the issuing Office between the hours of 8:00am-5:OOpm (Monday-Thursday), and 8:00am-12:OOpm (Friday) and may examine the Bidding Documents at the issuing Office described herein. Bidders who return complete sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition (suitable for re-use) within ten (10) days after receipt of Bids (8/2/2022) will receive a full refund ($100). Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Richard C. Lambert Consultants, LLC. Upon request and receipt of the document, deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via the Bidder's Delivery Service. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
