Natural Gas Pipeline Inspection Services

The University of Oregon, on behalf of its Utilities and Energy Department ("University" or "U&E"), is seeking Proposals to provide natural gas pipeline inspection and services. The inspection and services will be performed on the natural gas pipeline and components exterior to the U&E Central Power Station. Inspection and service start at the delivery valve downstream of the Northwest Natural Gas Company's main gas flow meter that terminates at the building penetration of each natural gas branch pipeline. Vendor Questions. Please note that University will not respond directly to individual inquiries. University will not address inquiries that are unique to a specific Proposer, are nonsubstantive, and/or are already addressed in this RFQ. University only addresses inquiries through a posted addendum when it has sufficient resources available and determines the information will assist all interested parties in preparing responsive Proposals. University will not respond to oral inquiries. Vendor questions must be submitted to competitionsupport@uoregon.edu no later than 10 business days prior to the Closing Date. Please do not follow questions with emails requesting if and/or when responses will be posted. It is anticipated that the term of the contract awarded under this RFQ, will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option, in University's discretion, to extend the contract for two additional two-year periods, for a total possible contract term of ten years. University reserves the right to accept or reject Proposals on each line separately, or as a whole, to award items separately or in aggregate, and to contract with one or more vendors, all as determined by University to be in the best interest of University
