TMBC Utility System Improvements - Belcourt Sewer and Water Phase V

The work includes, but is not limited to furnishing and installation of all sewer main, water main, valves, manholes appurtenances and site reclamations, roadway removal and replacement, sidewalk and curb and gutter removal and replacement, existing water and sewer main shall be removed and disposed of and as required by the Contract Documents to provide a complete installation of water and sewer infrastructure. Also included is water and sewer service connections to mains and existing service lines, pressure testing, sewer line inspections, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, erosion control, seeding and mulching. The project is located in two separate areas of Belcourt, ND. Area 5 is a residential area located South of Chief Little Shell Street, North of BIA Road 10 and is between Louis Riel Drive and Ox Creek. Area 6 follows BIA 7 from BIA 10 to Chief Little Shell Street and then turns East to Cartwright Boulevard there terminating. Est. Value: $ 5,251,440.10. Completion Date: May 15, 2024.
