Description | SECO Energy is seeking responses from qualified vendors interested in providing new modular workstations and or complete cubicle floor plans at our Sumterville HQ location, First Floor, 330 S US301 Sumterville, Fl 33585. The scope of work includes measuring the available / existing space, providing conceptual drawings for proposed configurations and the breakdowns of the proposed options and total cost. SECO's objective is to maximize the space available while producing a well laid out / aesthetically pleasing floor plan that includes semi-private workstations with phone, LAN / internet connectivity and auxiliary power outlets for charging phones, laptops and or I-pads. The proposed floor plan will need to accommodate a minimum of 30 separate / isolated workstations suited for being sub divided into smaller work groups of transient and or permanent employees.
