Description

Replace the flooring in the shop area at the Facilities Management building located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E, Suite 101 Naples, FL 34112, Building W. Please read through the document and prepare a proposal for resurfacing the floor and for moving the equipment in the shop according to the following: Provide product information for a type of durable, long-lasting floor finish for a 4,000 sq ft maintenance shop. The new floor finish must be resistant to battery acid, scuffs from heavy equipment, forklift wear and tear (wheels and prongs) and heavy traffic. Remove the current floor finish and refinish the floor. The floor finish also must wrap up the base of the walls in certain locations where a Grey concrete strip is provided. Restripe all pavement markings. The equipment in the shop must remain in the shop and out of the elements during this process. The equipment that needs to be moved includes but is not limited to Lockers, Ice Machine, large Generators, large metal cabinets, work benches, refrigerator & lumber shelfs. The maintenance shop also must remain functional during this time, requiring the project to be broken up into two separate phases. Location of work required for each phase is located in the attached floor plan.
