| Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of one (1) large roof and six (6) small roofs, and to furnish and install new roofing systems Contractor shall expose, remove, and dispose of the existing damaged roofing system, insulation, rain gutters and downspouts, and roof extrusions. Contractor shall prepare the substrate, furnish and install roof system, rain gutters and downspouts, fasteners, roof ventilation, and other materials which are required to prepare work area, to construct a new roof with a complete waterproof assembly meeting the performance requirements specified herein. Storm-water requirements shall be met at all times by Contractor for the duration of the Agreement. |
