Description

Contract for replacement of the Roof Coating for Costume, Wig and Makeup at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA). Costume, Wig and Makeup: 1. This roof is approximately 10,000 sq. 2. Roof should be inferred scanned for wet leaking insulation. 3. Repair or replace wet insulation, seal joints as needed. 4. Clean and pressure wash roof. 5. Install an acrylic coating to manufacture’s spec. 6. Address any ponding areas. 7. Remove all debris created from work performed. 8. 10-year warranty on coating.
