| Description | Zebra Mussel Mitigation, Fort Randall: goal of this project is to award a contract for the construction of a liquid copper-based ZM mitigation system. The desired Copper Based Pesticide (CBP) distribution system will consist of four (4) base mounted metering pump assemblies w/ PLC controller, flexible tubing, and stainless-steel rigid tubing with compression type tube fittings such as Swagelok or similar. Each pumping system and 275 gallon liquid CBP tote on the secondary spill containment will be plumbed to injection ports (w/ injection quill) at the upstream piping of 14” raw water intake strainer at generator units 2, 4, 6, and 8. |
