Description

Services will be performed at various locations throughout the State of Michigan. To perform routine, in-depth, and quality control bridge safety inspections on complex structures in accordance with the National Bridge Safety Inspection Standards (NBIS). Prepare bridge files, reports, inspection procedures and other tasks to ensure compliance with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) National Bridge Inspection Program (NBIP) Metrics. Meet and coordinate with bridge owners, bridge maintenance personnel, bridge inspectors, MDOT operations staff, and traffic control vendors.
