| Description | The State is seeking qualifications from responsible Job Order Contractors for the State of South Carolina in order to prequalify them to participate in a subsequent solicitation for a non-mandatory state term contract for Job Order Contracting (JOC). The use of these contracts is limited to the participating Using Governmental Units (UGUs) as part of a pilot program. The UGUs that will be able to use these contracts are Lexington School District One, Horry County School District, Charleston County School District, Colleton County School District, Clemson University and the University of South Carolina. Questions must be received by: 01/17/2023 3:00 pm. The resulting IFB and Contract(s) will be one (1) year contracts with a one (1) year renewal option. The maximum contract life is two (2) years. Qualification notice will be posted on 03/27/2023. The Contractor forwards to the Owner the Performance and Payment bonds with Power of Attorney and a copy of the Certificate of Insurance. |
