Description

The replacement of existing Heating/Cooling Fan Coil units. The bids shall be for cost associated for furnishing and all installation cost of Carrier or equivalent fan coils with thermostats and thermostat control valves. All thermostats, where required, shall be capable of 24 volt and/or line voltage, programmable and capable of auto programming for heating and cooling mode. Thermostats shall be included and capable of incorporating wireless sensors in larger work space areas to assure balanced temperatures throughout. All units shall have a thermostat control valve actuator that will stop flow of cold or hot water once room temperatures have been reached. The equipment shall be delivered and installed at the County McKenzie building. There are currently approximately 88 units.
