Water World Aquatic Play Structure Installation

It is the intent of the City of Dothan to accept bids on furnishing all material, labor, equipment, and supervision in order to install an Aquatic Play Structure in the Kids Cove pool at Water World. It is the intent of the City that the job be complete at the conclusion of the work, and nothing contained in the “Scope of Work” shall limit the contractor’s responsibility to less than furnishing the complete job of the quality and workmanship hereafter specified and intended. All bidders shall be qualified and be properly licensed contractors in the State of Alabama at the time the bids are submitted. The successful bidder, whether a resident or nonresident, shall be required to comply with all licensing and permit laws of the City of Dothan, Alabama, and the State of Alabama.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
