| Description | A. The name of the Project is the Metal Roof Replacement, Virginia State Police Hangar and Hangar B, located at 7540 & 7411 Airfield Drive, Chesterfield, Virginia. B. The project consists of the replacement of all metal roofing and associated sheet metal flashing and trim. For reference purposes, these roof areas have been designated as Hangar B, 7540 Airfield Drive, Chesterfield, VA, Roof Area A (19,847 +/- square feet), and State Police Hangar Building, 7411 Airfield Drive, Chesterfield VA, Roof Areas A, B, C & D (15,413 +/- square feet). 1. The work of this project includes the following: a. Removal and replacement of the existing exposed fastener metal panel roof system with new exposed fastener PBR-Panels fabricated from Galvalume steel sheet conforming to ASTM A792 and including, but not limited to, all trim metals, gutters and downspouts as specified. |
