Description

**As of March 1, 2023, this bid has been awarded to POW Contracting.** All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashiers check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter-into a contract or furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City. This project consists of the restoration of an existing concrete bottom sedimentation pond located at the Citys Larson Wastewater Treatment Facility at 6691 Randolph Rd NE, Moses Lake, WA. Concrete joints and random cracks will be prepared for sealing, filled, and finish sealed with the approved concrete crack and joint sealing system. A third-party inspection service will be required to complete inspections and submit reports. Estimated Project Cost: $40,000 to $80,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contract Working Days: 20 The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City.
