Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. Built in 1798, Concord is a two-and-one-halfstory brick house of the Federal Period. This project funds maintenance and improvements to the historic house and work on outbuildings, including stabilization or disassembly. Justification: This historic house is on the National Register of Historic Sites and needs renovation to stabilize the structure and open it for public use.
