Lauderhill Police Department Expansion Phase 2

The Design Build Team shall provide Design/ Build Team services to include all labor, material, equipment and incidentals for the design and construct a new 2 story building plus Mezzanine Building on the East side of the existing police department facility. The area of the building will be 13,696.00 SF. The City intends to use a two-step best value procurement process to select a Contractor to deliver the Project. In the first phase, the City will evaluate the proposals it receives in response to this RFQ and, following the process described herein, establish a shortlist of contractors. In the second phase, only the shortlisted contractors are invited to submit detailed proposal responses to the RFP. The City anticipates selecting the Proposer whose proposal offers the best value to the City for award of a design-build contract.
