| Description | The provisions contained in this section are intended to be cooperative with, to supplement, or to modify Instructions to Bidders and Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict with such sections, the intent of any kind and all Technical Specifications shall govern. 1.1 All concrete shall be Class I meeting the current specifications of the Florida Department of Transportation. 1.2 Prices shall be per cubic yard delivered within the applicable zone or County pick up.
