Mitchell West Water Tower Improvements

Bid Schedule A: • Clean, inspect and repair coatings on the interior wet portions of the water tower • Wash and overcoat exterior of the water tower • Surface preparation and coating of some parts of the interior dry areas • Cut and install larger access in upper dry tube • Install new feed pipe into wet riser • Furnish and install tank mixer • General electrical improvements Bid Schedule B: • Remove and replace various sized buried valves, pipe, fittings and connections • Remove underground valve vault and replace with a packaged steel vault • Reroute pipe into proposed wet riser pipe • Complete associated improvements such as wiring, site grading, seeding and related items
