| Description | Contractor to provide and install fencing at the W. Averell Harriman State Office Campus located at 1220 Washington Avenue in Albany, NY. Contractor shall extend the existing fence from the AA Lot to the top of the hill at S Lot along the south side of Building 22 located at the W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus, 1220 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12205. The required specifications for the fencing are stated below: 1. 505+/- linear ft. of new 5’ (60”) high industrial grade Majestic. 3 rail Echelon II panel fencing. 2. All posts must be 2½” X 2½”. 3. Fence must be installed in concrete footers. 4. All materials must have black powder coated finish to match the existing fence. |
