Description

The scope of work consists of providing operations, maintenance and monitoring (OM&M) of the current and expanded landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS) at the New Hanover County Landfill. The maintenance of the blower skid and flare equipment is provided by others and not included as part of the scope of work. OM&M services shall be performed in accordance with the 40 CFR 60, Subpart XXX gas collection and control requirements.
