| Description | All work will be performed on Santa Clara Pueblo senior citizen homes. A list of the homes and locations will be provided to the selected contractor (Average 140 homes). NM Licensed Contractors/ Plumbers Only The contractor is required to submit a copy of his NM State Plumbing license with the bid. The bid budget must be by price per unit. All work performed shall be subject to current NM State gross receipts tax. Scope of Work Annual maintenance of heating units and basic trouble shooting. Pre-start up including lighting of pilot if required, cleaning and replacement of air filter. A more detailed SOW is available upon request. |
