| Description | The removal and replacement of the existing roofing at West Point Elementary School which includes all new flashing, remove and replace existing parapet caps and at the Standing Seam roof system remove and replace all flashing at the masonry wall terminations. The existing West Point Elementary School is approximately 92,400 square feet consisting of 1 building that has a thermal moisture roofing system consisting of a Built Up Roof (BUR). A Standing Seam roof system exists over covered walkways and building entry locations. The BUR system was assessed by Red Tree Consulting to determine the present conditions of the surfaces and document the performance of the roofing system. |
