| Description | 1. At Sites A&B: Provide new hardware for existing aluminum storm doors; clean. Provide new front and rear entry door; insulated steel door, redi-fit steel frame, wood framing and trim and provide new hardware. 2. At Site A: Remove all interior wood doors, hardware and hinges. Sand, prep, prim and paint. Re-install doors with new hinges and privacy/passage sets. 3. At Site B: Remove all interior storage room doors, closet doors, interior bedroom doors, bathroom doors, hardware and hinges. Sand, prep, prim and paint. Re-install doors with new hinges and privacy/passage sets. 4. Unit Prices will be taken to provide new doors when existing doors are not re-usable as determined by Owner. HUB Participation Goal for 10% |
