Oregon State Correctional Institution (OSCI) Roof Repairs The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $1.9M - $2.5M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The work contract consists of a limited roof repair, installation of new skylights over the existing curbs, and mitigation of wet rigid insulation. Roof Repairs on the OSCI Main Building: Scope of Work Includes Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 5, Unit 6 (Upper Roof), Unit 9, Unit 10 (East Sections), Unit 13, Unit 17, Unit 19A, Unit 19B, and Corridor L (adjacent to Unit 17). See drawings for areas Not in Contract. Skylight Replacement at Unit 19A and Unit 19B. 120+/- Skylights. Contractor to verify dimensions and count prior to bid.
