For more information on the GDOT DBE Program please contact: Georgia Department of Transportation Equal Opportunity Division One Georgia Center, 7th Floor 600 West Peachtree Street, NW Atlanta, Georgia 30308 Phone: (404) 631-1972 Under the terms of the resulting Agreements, the selected consultants will provide Professional Services for Railroad Safety Program to include Contract 1 - coordination with CSX Transportation, Inc.; Contract 2 - coordination with Norfolk Southern Corporation; and Contract 3 - coordination with multiple Class III (Short Line) Railroads throughout the State, for the GDOT Projects identified. The anticipated scope of work for the project/contract is included in Exhibit I-1 thru Exhibit I-3. GDOT anticipates three (3) On-Call Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts to be awarded to three (3) firms, for each project/contract identified. GDOT anticipates that the Payment Type may be Lump Sum, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost per Unit of Work or Specific Rate of Compensation. As On-Call Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts, the Agreements will remain in effect for three (3) years, with the option to extend each contract for up to a maximum of five (5) years. The On-Call, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts each will have a minimum dollar amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) and a maximum dollar amount of Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00). Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification 9/12/2022 2:00 PM GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GDOT.
