The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The bid bond shall be payable unconditionally to Lamar County School District Interpretations: The Bidder shall carefully study and compare the Bidding Documents with each other, and with other work being bid concurrently or presently under construction to the extent that it relates to the Work for which the Bid is submitted, shall examine the site and local conditions, and shall at once report to the Architect errors, inconsistencies or ambiguities discovered. Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the drawings or project manual or be in doubt as to their written meaning, he should immediately notify the Architect who then will send a written instruction or interpretation in the form of addenda, to all known holders of the documents.
