Refinish Concrete Lab Floors at Main Science Labs

The Contractor must be prequalified. Prequalification forms will be in the project manual. SCC is looking for a Contractor to refinish (4) Science Labs rooms; 2412, 2413, 2414, 2417. Each floor will require fill/patch cracks, applying a sub membrane followed by an epoxy speckled finish. The science lab at St. Charles Community College's Cottleville Campus. Instead of a specifically scheduled pre-bid meeting and site visit, we are offering an option to contact the project manager, David Lewis at dlewis@stchas.edu, or cell at 314.703.5555 to schedule individual walk through of the rooms. Prevailing wages will be paid for all work as required by RSMO Section 290. St. Charles Community College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary
