Balcony Rehabilitations at the Kronman Apartments The work includes the full waterproofing of the balcony slab and repainting its appurtenance, and shall include but not be limited to cleaning and removal any dirt, mold/meadow, peeling paint, or spalled concrete from the existing surfaces, providing new paint and waterproofing material, repairing any cracks and spalled concrete, and reattaching any loose utility accessories. Bidders must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue and with the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Public Works contractor at the time the bids are received. The Authority does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, creed, color, ancestry, age, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, familial status, liability for service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or nationality.
