The scope of the project includes portions of Mountain View Road, portions of Harbor Lane & 37th Street. For exact location of work, refer to the maps in Article 5, some portions of the project identified in the plan set have been excluded from this project for various reasons. A brief summary of the site work includes clearing existing scrub vegetation and mulch from right-of-way landscape areas, and installing site improvements such as gabion walls, rock mulch, planting areas and irrigation.
