Road Maintenance Pine Bluff Arsenal

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) issues Invitation for Bid (IFB) W52P1J-22-B-3000 for road maintenance, repair, and new construction, to be done on an as needed basis at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications contained in this solicitation. This IFB is issued as a 100% total small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
