Description

Project scope consist of removal and replacement of existing exhaust fans on the roof of Hollings Cancer Center. Fans serve general lab exhaust and hoods within Hollings Cancer Center. Construction Cost Range: $800,000 to $950,000 Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. All questions & correspondence concerning this Invitation shall be addressed to theA/E. Performance and labor & material payment bonds: the successful contactor will be required to provide Performance and labor and material payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% ofthe contract price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
