| Description | Only Prequalified Pool Various Trades Pla For Work Over 25k Deadline to submit Questions Sep 28th 2023, 12:30 PM CDT Provide Labor and Materials: Generator Service to include servicing the cylinder heads, replacing generator parts, oiling the machine and restoring it to full and intended functional operation. 1) Pick up the (5) cylinder heads and take them to the machine shop. 2) The (5) cylinder heads will be cleaned, Magna Fluxed, and pressure tested. 3) Return and install the cylinder heads. 4) Replace the cylinder head bolts. 5) Replace the Camshaft. 6) Replace (10) Lifter and Push Rods. 7) Replace (5) injector pumps with nozzles. 8) Replace the fuel lift pump. 9) Replace the actuator. 10) Replace the fuel filters and oil filter. |
