GCAA, FCIL, HCC Sound Studio

History Colorado is accepting bids for the build-out of the Sound Studio located on the 3rd floor in the History Colorado Center. The Sound Studio will be constructed in an existing space within HCC, accessed by the passenger elevators. Entrance to building is from Lincoln Street exit. Daily check in with Security is mandatory. The Sound Studio project to include: dumpster, dust removal system, temporary dust barrier, maintain cleanliness of floor and path to dumpster and around entire work area, wall demo and debris removal, metal wall framing, plywood and gypsum board, sound barriers, view window, chase system for audio and electrical runs to engineer console, custom table, chairs, and painting. Patch and finish all existing partitions. 1 coat primer and 2 coats color. Clean existing ceiling and paint unpainted devices black to match. Provide and install new electrical devices, monitor, special lighting and 3 custom on-air signs. Shop drawings required for all changes and must be approved by owner.
