Amounting $163,690.56 A bid guarantee of ten (10%) percent of the bid price must accompany each bid, in the form Of a cashiers check, certified check, bid bond or cash payable to the borough of hanover.A performance-payment bond listing all municipalities on the bond to cover one hundred (100%) percent of painting costs will accompany the contract. Sealed bids will be solicited jointly by the public bodies listed above for traffic line painting including approximately one hundred fifty-nine (159) miles of four (4") inch wide double yellow line markings and one hundred seventeen (117) miles of four (4") inch wide single white line, solid or dashed, with yellow and white traffic zone paint to meet or exceed pennsylvania department of transportation publication 408 (1994 as amended) and publication chapter 67, title 211-k, standards. To be completed by the party that is shipping approved material to the next destination. Clarification deadline - 1/25/2023 3:29 PM. The public bodies reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or to award the contract as they deem to be in the best interests of the municipal bodies.
