| Description | The project includes designing and installing a new “turnkey” wet-pipe fire suppression system throughout the interior of the Palace of Agriculture Building. The 74,000 square foot building is comprised of basement space, first floor arena space (high ceiling – approximately 40’ above finished floor), open corridor surrounding arena, office space and a second-floor community and office space. The contractor will be responsible for complete design and construction installation of this system per the contract and applicable code requirements. The base scope of work is to provide fire suppression for the first and second floors. An add-alternate is included to provide fire suppression in the basement and underground tunnels of the building. |
