Furnish all labor, material and equipment to reconstruct Fort Street from Quay Street to Beers Street and remove Bard Street from Fort Street to Merchant Street for a complete installation per project plans and specifications. The work includes pavement removal, sidewalk removal, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, grading, aggregate base, curb and gutter, HMA paving, ADA sidewalk ramps, sidewalk replacement, pavement markings, signs, and restoration.
