Description

for construction of a new Parking lot located inside Travis Price Park. For questions contact Clayton Moore, Director of Public Works at 615-384-2746. Reference Bid #1222 on the outside of the sealed envelope The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The OWNER reservices the right to reject any or all bids and to waiver any informalities in the bidding. A Cashier's check or Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted must accompany each bid. A Payment and Performance in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract will be required for the successful bidder . Contractor hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within 100 calendar days of this notice, thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. Contractor further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum $300.00 for each calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided. Contractor further hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before 15 Calendar Days of the date of the "Notice of Call Out" from the Owner and to fully complete the portion stipulated in the "Call-Out" within 25 Calendar Days. Contractor further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum $300.00 for each Calendar Day thereafter for either of the above, as hereinafter provided. If liquidated damages are assessed for this "Notice of Call-Out", they shall be cumulative to any other liquidated damages assessed for the completion of the entire project. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the OWNER and to fully complete the project within 100 calendar days of notice. Hereafter as stipulated in the specifications. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum $300.00 for each Calendar Day thereafter as hereinafter provided BIDDER further hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before 15 Calendar Days of the date of the "Notice to Proceed of the OWNER and to fully complete the portion stipulated in the "Call-Out" within 25 Calendar Days. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $300.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided. If liquidated damages are assessed for a "Call-Out", they shall be cumulative to any other liquidated damages assessed for the completion of the entire project.can enforce such other duties, obligations, rights, or remedies. Rejection of Warranties: The Owner reserves the right to reject warranties and to limit selections to products with warranties not in conflict with requirements of the Contract Documents.
