SH 146 and Subdivision Access Sidewalks

Project consists of the construction of approximately 3,025 SY of 5 concrete sidewalks and 531 SY of 6 concrete sidewalk. All concrete sidewalks will be 5 wide. This project also includes the installation of two pedestrian bridges and minor drainage work. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than 5% of total bid amount Any questions and communication related to this project shall be directed to the following City contact: Daniel Scabora. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price from a Surety or other Sureties acceptable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to award the contract at any time within sixty (60) days after bid opening.
