New Municipal Building - City of Perrysburg

A firm timeline for construction has been selected for the established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Perrysburg, Ohio, is inviting qualified firms to submit a State of Qualifications (SOQ) for the following project: ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") would like to construct a new municipal building. Plans would also include the demolition of the existing municipal building and the two City owned structure located at 213 and 221 West Indiana Avenue. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide architectural design services for construction documents for the proposed improvements. The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications that can be bid so that a Contractor can be selected to perform any required improvements. The requirements for the SOQ and other relevant documents can be found or by emailing a request to engineering@ci.perrysburg.oh.us. Responses received after the specified due date and time will not be considered.
